In normal situations the Candida Albicans sit in our body un-noticed living in harmony with our healthy bacteria but when conditions change and our body gets stressed, or when when take certain medications or if we have been eating a little too many bad things that bad bacteria in our body including Candida Albicans will start to battle with the good bacteria and when the bad bacteria wins that is when Candida yeast can begin to multiply and start to wreak havoc on yur body.
When Candida yeast starts to get into the stomach area it can irritate our digestive system. If it is left there too long it will turn in to a fungus. This fungus can form roots and can become implanted on our intestinal walls which can cause small tears that will create leaks. When this fungus starts to leak through it starts to affect different areas of our body. It can cause you to have allergies to certain foods, it can cause vaginal infections, bladder infections, sinus infections, and ear infections, along with frequent occurrences of cold and flu. Women with high levels of Candida will experience more symptoms of PMS. It can cause jock itch for men, as well as hair, nail, and foot fungus. Eat Lean Meats, Fish, and Poultry - Eating meats that are high in fat can help create a breeding ground for Candida. Stick to lean cuts of beef, fish, poultry, and pork.
Drink Plenty of Water - It is best to drink purified water. Drink the recommended 8 glasses of water per day to help flush out your system and keep things moving.
Eat Lots of Green Foods - Eating things that are green such as green leafy vegetables, such as kale, spinach, collard greens, and other green veggies sch as spirulina, alfalfa sprouts and wheat grass. If you can't stomach these types of foods take a supplement.
Eat Lots of Fiber - Fiber helps things keep moving in the body. When buying cereal and bread looks for ones with the highest fiber content. Also try eating barley, barley is tasty, high in fiber, and generally great for the body. Oatmeal is also an excellent thing for anyone to eat because of its ability to take the bad out with it when it exits the body. If you don't or can't get enough fiber in your diet try a fiber supplement or add psyllium husks, or flax seed to some of your foods.

Keep Stress to a Minimum - Make sure to get plenty of sleep, and learn to deal with your stress. If you find you are under stress take some time to do some deep breathing, go to a quiet place and meditate, do yoga, work out, pet your dog or cat more, or look at photos that make you happy, go outside and breath in fresh air, take a walk around the block, have sex. What ever it is that gives you moments of comfort and helps you to relieve stress do more of it.

What To Do If Candida Albicans Wn the Fight
So things have gotten hectic and you haven't been taking as good a care of yourself as you should and it seems that nasty Candida Albicans has started to wreak havoc on your body what do you do now?

Digestive Enzymes - These are also available in health food stores, this will help your over all digestive system helping to insure the foods are thoroughly digested. This will keep bad bacterias from festering inside of your body.
Sweat it Out - Sweating it out of your system is a good way to get rid of it. Do a good workout and remember to drink plenty of water while doing it and then shower immediately after. If you can get a steam bath or sit in a sauna, then remember to shower right away when you are finished. If don't have access to a steam bath or shower stand in your shower and run nice hot water. Don't stand under it or you will burn yourself just let the shower get nice and steamy and stand in there for a while, then raise the water temperature and wash off.
Dry Brush - Stimulate your body's circulation by dry brushing, this will open up pores and allow toxins to be released.
Take a Natural Herbal Laxative - Help your body stay regular.
How Water Bottle - Place a hot water bottle on your belly for about 15 minutes. This will help bring blood and nutrients to your belly that will help it to do what it needs to do.
